Nach der telef.Abstimmung unserer Vorstellung von der Zusammenstellung der Reise bekamen wir eine tollen Vorschlag, den wir direkt so akzeptieren konnten. Alle Unterkünfte waren perfekt ausgewählt und die Transfers mit dem gebuchten Taxifahrer zuverlässig und sehr angenehm. Den nächsten Urlaub werden wir wieder über Travel Mart tm planen und buchen. Im Februar traten wir endlich zu dritt unsere lang geplante 14 tägige Rundreise durch Rajastan an.Sie zeichnete sich durch einen fairen Preis,gute Organisation und sehr schöne Hotels aus.Mit unserem engagierten Reiseleiter und hervorragenden Fahrer erlebten wir Rajastan hautnah , gewannen tiefere Einblicke in Tradition ,Kultur und Lebensweise des Landes Unser besonderer Dank gilt Frau Fetova , die jederzeit unbürokratisch und flexibel auf unsere Wünsche einging und auch verständnisvoll auf unsere persönlichen Probleme ,die eine Umbuchung erforderten ,reagierte. Durchweg eine erlebnisreiche und unvergessliche Reise! Ich würde jederzeit wieder mit der Argentur zusammenarbeiten und kann sie vorbehaltlos weiter empfehlen.

Ich kann Travel Mart sehr empfehlen. Wir sind als Familie im April 2024 durch Indien gerreist. Unsere Reise war von Anfang bis zum Ende super organisiert und die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit gut betreut und wohl gefühlt. Die ausgewählten Hotels waren durchweg komfortabel und ausgesprochen schön. Während der gesamten Reise hatten wir einen sehr netten Fahrer und tolle Guides.

Auf Grund der speziellen Wünsche und Vorstellungen die ich von meiner geplanten Reise hatte und der derzeit schwierigen Reisesituation, kam es zu immer wieder kehrenden Veränderungen der Reisebausteine und zu Verschiebungen bezüglich Reisezeit und Reiseziel. Immer wieder bekam ich qualifizierte Vorschläge und Hilfe bei den entsprechenden Neuorganisationen, nie wirklich nie, brauchte ich auf eine Antwort warten, jeder Zeit hatte ich das Gefühl gut aufgehoben zu sein. Und diese Geduld, diese Wärme und Freundlichkeit, die Ruhe und den Optimismus konnte ich in all den Wochen und unzähligen Telefonaten in Anspruch nehmen, so dass mir und meiner Familie die Zweifel genommen wurden, eine Fernreise zu unternehmen. Alle notwendigen Voraborganisationen bezüglich An und Abreise, Einreiseformalitäten, Parkservice am Flughafen, Service am Zielort usw. wurden zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit vom Veranstalter, und unserem Lieblingsmensch Yana Fetova erledigt und kontrolliert, jeden Augenblick hatte ich das Gefühl begleitet zu werden. I had the best trip of my life with Travel Mart. Everything was well thought out and well planned. The trip was an amazing experience from start to finish. With lots of impressions that you had to process months later and will probably never forget. I was lucky enough to travel with the boss herself, which definitely made the trip a whole lot better. Because she showed me the wonderful Incredible India through her own eyes. They were unforgettable moments that I would never want to miss in my life. Along with her and her son, there was also a professional photographer from Ukraine who captured the unforgettable moments and experiences for me in great pictures. Even the fact that it was the coldest winter in India since weather records began from December 26th to December 31st was made up for by the spirit and charm of the tour guide. I am still in contact with the German-speaking Indian tour guide who did quizzes with us on the trips to pass the time (he was that good). No questions were left unanswered. At least when we weren't dancing on the bus because there was such a great, harmonious atmosphere. There were lots of sights to admire. Besides the Taj Mahal there was a lot more to discover and you were overwhelmed with impressions and insights. Despite the tour program there was still time to enjoy the delicious Indian cuisine and you were also allowed to include your own travel destinations along the way, which I found very pleasant. Not the tight travel plan you often have where you rush from one sight to the next. I was able to get some souvenirs for my loved ones at home and was also given very good advice. The only thing I would do if I had the opportunity to travel to India for the first time would be to start in the south and then work my way north from trip to trip. But that was my decision and has nothing to do with Travel Mart's service. All in all it was a perfect trip, I couldn't have dreamed of anything better. It was a successful spectacle from the beginning, from choosing and booking the trip to returning home and browsing through the other pictures (which were made available to me easily via a DropBox). I could write thousands more positive things here if I could find the right words. I hope I haven't forgotten anything. As I said, I had to process the trip first, so I took my time with the review so that I could at least do justice to this dream trip. P.S. I was in India with Travel Mart TM. First a week-long tour, then a three-week Ayurveda treatment. Everything was perfect. The preparation, the trip itself, the support during the trip, right up to the return flight. Yana was always available, she took care of all concerns promptly. Flights, tour, hotels, Ayurveda facility, everything was top notch. I would travel with TM again at any time and can recommend it with good feeling.

In January 2019, I wanted to meet up with friends in Southeast India for a week. Since I needed a visa and the flight to this region of the world takes over 10 hours, I wanted to treat myself to an Ayurvedic treatment there. Unfortunately, the well-known tour operators in this region did not have any on offer. So I came across Travel Mart TM GmbH via the Internet, which organized the trip for me as requested and asserted my interests on site and had me looked after individually by the management and the team of therapists at the Ayurveda center in the Le Pondy hotel resort. Yana was always a great help to me with personal questions and I was also able to communicate with her via text message in India. I felt very comfortable all round and the treatment was a complete success for me, even though it did not take place in the Kerala region, but with therapists from there. Once again, many thanks to everyone who saved me the domestic flight from Southeast India to Southwest India.

I have already experienced several trips to Sri Lanka, the Maldives and Dubai in a small group with Travel Mart TM. I really liked the fact that on all trips Yana places great value on an extraordinary experience and personal contact with the customer. We had a competent tour guide who led us through the country, people and customs, from whom we were able to take home a lot of interesting information. We were very happy with the trip that was put together for us! Everything went really well. We were picked up at the airport and taken to the first hotel. From the second day onwards we had a very friendly, competent and German-speaking guide. He always led us safely to our destination. He told us a lot about the country and its people. He also showed us a few things that weren't directly mentioned in the travel program. He did his job really well. The hotels we chose were great. In particular the following hotels: Thamara Villa in Wilpattu, Villa Rosa in Kandy, 98 Acres in Ella and especially Sri Saravi in ​​Merissa. But Order Corner in Habarana and Rain Forest Edge in Sinharaja were also really nice. But the accommodations that weren't specifically listed were also very nice. We got to know and appreciate a very, very beautiful and varied country with really great, kind people. It was a wonderful trip, with a dream ending in Merissa! We can only recommend the country and the great people. We really enjoyed it and will probably go back there! Even though the tragic events of the last few days have shaken the country. There are individuals who cannot find their way in this world. But we must not let these wonderful people down by staying away from the country. They don't deserve that! She provided us with brilliant support throughout the trip and was always available to answer our written enquiries immediately and always responded competently and satisfactorily for us. NB: A personal note on two topics. The elephant orphanage in Pinnawala and the various turtle farms in the south of the country. Take a look at the various reviews on the Internet and form your own opinion. In our opinion, the main emphasis is on commerce and the welfare of the animals is not particularly emphasized. That is why we decided not to visit the elephant orphanage. We did visit a turtle farm. We were of two minds about that too. What was very fascinating in Tangalle, however, was how turtles laid their eggs in the wild at night. The tour there given by the locals was very professional and was carried out with great consideration for the protection of the animals. It was very impressive and recommended!

I went on a tour of North India with Travel Mart in December/January. I felt very well looked after and always had a competent contact person on my trip. I was completely delighted with Ms. Fetova, who made a lot of effort to put together a great tour for me. That's why I've already booked my next vacation with her, because she keeps her promises.

Everything went perfectly on our Laos/Cambodia trip (4 people, 22 days) in October 2018. It was a totally stress-free trip. As an older couple with international travel experience, we approached Travel Mart with the request to offer us an individual trip to Bhutan from Singapore (where we had business) and possibly a part in India. Our requirements were a mixture of culture, landscape, excursions and typical local life and food. Of the five offers we received from India, Singapore and Bhutan, Travel Mart was not only the fastest but also the most flexible provider. Ms. Fetova put together a program for Bhutan and Orissa (East India) in a very short time that was tailored to our wishes. Dear TM team, our trip to Sri Lanka and the Maldives in November 2023 was totally individual and well planned. We were surprised with a small gift when we received the travel documents. The 3-day tour of Sri Lanka with a German-speaking driver was well worth seeing! In the Maldives, after arriving by seaplane, it was pure relaxation. If you had any questions or requests that could not be clarified at the hotel, our contact person Yana was always available and was able to clarify everything. It was an all-round unique honeymoon!!!

At the end of January 2023, we finally started our long-planned vacation trip to the Maldives. We booked our entire trip through Travel Mart TM GmbH. The trip was characterized by a fair price, very good organization by Ms. Fetova (including parking space near Frankfurt Airport - pick-up service to the terminal and back, personal pick-up in Male at the International Airport and accompaniment including luggage transport to the national airport in Male for a domestic flight, then pick-up and bus transport to the harbor for a speedboat ride to the actual island) and a very nice hotel complex on the Baa Atoll (Rheeti Beach Resort). We had booked a beach bungalow and it corresponded 100% to the information from the information meeting and the travel catalog. We met very pleasant and friendly employees there who were always there to help us if we had any questions at the beginning. We had booked half board (breakfast buffet and dinner buffet) and were very happy with the selection of food and drinks, and there were also many typical local dishes on offer - e.g. fish or curry. The water quality and air temperature were a dream - we were only in T-shirts and shorts or swimming trunks and barefoot the whole time - shoes were only needed on arrival and departure. In the evenings you never needed a long shirt or anything similar. The facility as a whole was clean and great importance was attached to hygiene. All in all, it was an eventful and unforgettable trip that we will remember fondly. A three-week stay is actually too short for such a huge and diverse country as India. That's why I was looking for competent advice, although I wasn't interested in ticking off as many tourist attractions as possible, but rather in impressions away from the tourist stream. Ms. Yana Fetova from Travel Mart had several options and I finally decided on a two-week Ayurveda treatment at the Harivihar resort in Kozhikode, followed by a train ride and a week-long stay in Kochin at the Koder House hotel. Despite my short-term travel planning, all travel documents, visas, tickets and hotel bookings reached me on time. Ms. Fetova was always available for the preparations, even in the evenings and at weekends. Even during the trip, she asked about the smooth running of my activities. My trip with Travel Mart TM was to Sri Lanka for the first time! It may have been over 2 years ago, but it is still the most memorable and beautiful trip! I spent two magical, very eventful weeks in Srilanka in November !!!! We had a very cool company and a varied, super interesting program! Thanks to Travel Mart TM , Yana Fetova, we visited many places and cities of the beautiful island - every day in a new place, across half the country !!!! The beach belonging to the hotel was beautiful and clean. There were mainly vacationers without children, as I like. Since it was my birthday these days, I was pleasantly surprised here. A box of chocolates and a bottle of sparkling wine were waiting for me in my room. Thank you for a perfect trip. All wishes are fulfilled. All feelings are touched.
